フォルダ配下のファイルを簡単にWeb公開できる、Webサーバー、Mobile Web Serverというソフト(フリーでも機能限定で使用可。$24.95で購入すれば全機能使用可)が公開されていました。

WindowsPC版と、PocketPC/Smartphone版とあります。お手軽そうなので、こちらからフリー版のPocketPC用CABファイル(PocketPC 2003+ / Windows Mobile 5+ (.CAB install)とある行の左側のDOWNLOADリンク)をDLして試してみました。

CABインストールして実行するだけで、簡易的なWebサーバーが起動します。画面は見たまんま特に説明はいらないくらいで。私はAd[es]をローカルネットワークLANに接続した状態で起動したので、Mobile Web Serverの画面に表示されたアドレスに、母艦PCのブラウザからアクセスすると、こんな感じの画面が。

これは、デバイスの\My Documents\MobileWebServer フォルダの位置がルートになるようです。ですので、この配下のどこかにフォルダを作ってファイルを置いておくだけで、こんな感じで

外部からブラウザでアクセスできます。該当するフォルダ内の画像やファイルがリンクになっているので、母艦PCから画像閲覧したりファイル保存したりできます。

こんな風に外部からは閲覧のみですが、インストールしてフォルダを適宜配置するだけでそれにあわせて動的に閲覧できます。このお手軽さがいいなぁと思います。これだけ簡単に母艦のブラウザから自分のAd[es]内が表示できる、というのはちょっと面白いかも。
