Release Candidate for 8.01. Specifically fixes a couple more WM2003 issues, Maximized WV issue, and Settings. I've also tightened a few other things and made a couple other changes based on tickets I've had and so on. I am mostly interested in making sure I have not introduced new issues since 1121.
