テンプレートで、あらかじめ必要な項目を事前に自分で作成して、そのテンプレートをベースにして入力できる、というところが、カテゴリーごとに、入力項目をわけたいような場合に便利そうです。
TOMBO等のメモ系ツールを連想しましたが、リスト管理ということで、またちょっと違った感じですね。
