Build 1137 adds:
8063: Added a workaround for a Microsoft bug within POOM for recurring appts created in a timezone that is greater than the current timezone
8019: Fixed Journal delete in Search View
8076: Improved uninstall procedure that affected some newer devices
8077: Improved handling of automatic startup by removing poutlook.lnk more reliably and also looking for SW_HIDE parameter in WinMain() call

Build 1137 also improved upon:
7976: Fixed an issue with the Search View and Back Button not working properly on Smartphone
by improving stuff in settings and Search View
