New Features

  • The following new features were added in build 3.0.0.14:
  • Full support for Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit only).
  • By Request: Include path to the current file in the window caption.
  • The application now displays correctly under Windows XP (or later) with Windows Themes enabled.
  • Added tool tips to the "Shortcut Target" page on the New Shortcut Wizard to help with path names that are too long to be displayed in the drop list.
  • The New Cabinet Wizard now provides pre-sets for Windows Mobile 6 based Pocket PC and Smartphone devices.
  • The application Help file has been updated to include platform information for Windows Mobile 6 based Pocket PC and Smartphone devices.

Bug Fixes

  • The following bugs were corrected in build 3.0.0.14:
  • Corrected a minor problem in the shell extension DLL which caused custom CAB file properties to display incorrectly on some systems.
  • Corrected a problem in the New Shortcut Wizard and in the Change Shortcut Target dialog where both drop-lists were enabled regardless of which radio button was selected.
  • Corrected a problem in the CD setup which prevented the MSXML update from installing correctly.
  • Corrected a problem in the INF Import Wizard which prevented the "AllowUninstall" flag from being imported correctly.

Other Changes
Other changes in build 3.0.0.14 include the following:

  • The System Requirements have been modified.
  • The License Agreement has been modified. Please review the modified agreement before purchasing or upgrading a license for this application.
  • WinCE CAB Manager 3.0 no longer supports loading and running scripts from within the application, eliminating its dependency upon Windows Script Host.
  • The standard edit control previously used in the INF Import Wizard progress page has been replaced with a Rich Edit control to allow for logging of a larger number of import actions.
  • The demonstration, or "Shareware", period has been changed from "20 Uses" to "30 Days" (from the date of installation).

Vista対応・XP以降のテーマ適用時の表示修正、CabinetウィザードのWM6等々、メジャーVerUpということで、多くの更新がされているようです。
