Live Search for Windows Mobile Ver2.5.2908.31943
地図の検索・表示や、カテゴリー検索・ルート検索等ができる、Live Search for Windows Mobile (英語版のみ) の新しいバージョンが12/20頃？公開されていたようです。
更新内容はちょっとわかりませんでした。
更新に気がついたのは、たまたまブックマークを見直していた際、12/18のsolsie.comのLive Search for Mobileアップデート情報エントリーが埋もれていたのに気がつく→WindowsMobileクライアントって今どうなのかな〜→更新されてた
と気がついただけで(汗。
solsie.comによれば、Live Search and Live Search Maps側で更新があったということですので、何かそれに関連した更新でもされているのでしょうか。
Live Search for Windows Mobileクライアントは、地図表示は日本でもかなり細かなレベルでも綺麗に表示されますし、店の検索もある程度は結果も出ますから、日本にきちんと対応した日本語版が・・・早く出るとよいのですが。さすがに、音声認識の日本語対応は判別処理が別途必要でしょうから難しいとは思いますが・・(^^;

27日に、Solsie.comさんの所で、更新内容がUPされていました。公開されてからはまだそれほど経っていなかったのかも。やはりUSお住まいの方向けの更新が多いようです。
- Single click directions for all businesses and street addresses in the United States;
- Additional details for U.S. businesses (including neighborhood, business category, and cuisine); hours of operation (when available); photos (up to two); and reviews (up to ten) for U.S. businesses.
- Improved movie show times and critics’ ratings are available through Instant Answers.
- zoom in and out to pre-defined levels on all maps or click to advance to the next waypoint for routing maps. Let us know how the new version works you.
