Task Switcher

タップや、またカーソルキーのみでも対象タスク選択と、タスククローズ・切替等のアクション選択ができ、タスク操作ができるタスク管理ツール、Task Swithcerが、Dotfred氏のページで公開されています。

The Task Switcher application shows the running applications, and allows to switch between them. It also allows to close one or all running applications or switch to the Today Screen.

It is recommended to associate the application with a hardware button. By clicking several times on the hardware button, will select the next application in the list, by pressing and holding the hardware button, will apply the selected action (activate, close) on the selected application.

It is easy to navigate trough the application by using one hand, either by using the keypad, either by selecting the action and the application with the thumb on the screen.

Using the left and right directions keys, will switch between applications. Using the Up and Down directions keys, or by using the slider if the pocket pc has one, will switch between actions.

The actions are:

• Activate selected application
• Close selected application (if possible)
• Close all applications (if possible)
• Show Today screen
• Show Config screen

Task Switcherをボタン割り当てしておけば、ボタンを連続して押すだけでタスクが次に切り替わっていくところなど、TaskManを彷彿させますね。
それだけでなく、このTask Switcherはユーザーインターフェースが特徴的。上下カーソルキーでクローズ等のアクションを選択。左右カーソルキーでタスク選択と、ソフトキーやメニューを出さなくても、上下左右カーソルとアクションボタンだけで、タスク操作が完了できます。またアイコン表示も大きく、VGA対応されているので、非常に見やすいです。

またOption設定で、特定のアプリに自分でアイコンを設定したり、非表示タスクの設定もできる・・らしいのですが・・自分のAd[es]で試したところ、なぜかOption画面が表示されませんで。。orz
まだ公開されたばかりということで、今後の更新を待ちたいところ。久しぶりのDotfred氏の新作なので、ちょっと期待しています。
