クリップボードにコピーした文字列からGoogle検索を実行する、IE Mobileメニュー拡張プラグイン、Search with Googleが公開されていました。

Once installed, this adds a new menu item to the Pocket Internet Explorer browser on Windows Mobile PDAs.

The new menu item "Search with google" launches a google search result page, searching for the current contents of the clipboard.

上記ページにて、本当は選択文字列から検索実行したいけれどまだうまくできないため、現在は一度コピーしてから実行してくださいと書かれています。
PocketPC版、Smartphone版とありますので、IE Mobileをご使用されている方は試してみるのも良いかもしれません。
また、以前ご紹介した del.icio.us pluginや、Turn into TinyURLプラグインと併せて使う場合は、上記ページに「available as part of a combined Pocket Internet Explorer plugins package」とあるリンクからプラグインのセットCABファイルを。
Ad[es]のIE Mobileで試したところ、検索結果のURLがgoogle.co.ukになりますが、表示は日本語で出ますので、十分使えそうです。
