- Fixed a bug where the browse dialogs would not remember the last path they visited.
- Fixed a bug where the start menu would not overlap the taskbar when the appropriate option is set.
- When browsing for a task to customize, the list of installed applications is now displayed.
- WisBar can now use skins designed for different DPIs. This means that QVGA skins can be used on VGA devices and vice versa (though, it's still not recommended that VGA skins be used on a QVGA device simply for the lack of the "niceness" factor).
- Added an option to not skin any application.
- Fixed a bug where the network icon would not disappear when there are no active network connections.
- Fixed a bug where the taskbar icons didn't refresh properly when switching applications.
- Fixed a bug where several control panel applets didn't work properly.
- Fixed a bug where the "Minimize" taskbar button could not be skinned.
- Added an application that the shortcuts are assigned to in order to speed up hardware button response times.
