ハードウェアキー割り当て対応が、W-ZERO3ユーザーには目玉ですね。BBSから作者さん書き込みを少し引用させて頂きます。
・ハードウェアキー割り当て対応(WM2003版)
W-ZERO3のみの動作確認ですが、なぜかメールボタンはメールソフトが立ち上がってしまい利用できません。
またボリューム用ボタンの割り当てには対応していません。
ボリューム用のホットキー動作を無効にできたのですが、
一度無効にするとソフトリセットするまでボリューム操作ができなくなってしまったので非対応にしました。
注意点が色々ありますので、使用される方はご注意下さい。

The newest version supports a wider range of square screen devices and features an enhanced Today screen add-on that allows users to open, delete, or rename notes and access linked notes and attached files directly from the Pocket PC Today screen.
PhatNotes 4.7 also includes a new Properties dialog box that allows users to change note properties, such as color, priority, category and authoring date, for single or multiple notes from the notes list window. PhatNotes Professional Edition includes a new database utility designed to compress the PhatNotes database on the Desktop PC. By compressing the database, PhatNotes users can free disk space and improve the application's performance.

- Addressed compatibility issue with ActiveSync 4.x: file attachments did not sync correctly after upgrading to ActiveSync 4.x
- Improved today screen add-on
- Today screen add-on can now show up to 20 last modified notes.
- Font face, style, size and color or the today screen add-on can now be changed using Today Options dialog box.
- Tap-and-hold popup menu added that allows to open, rename, delete or duplicate notes directly form the today screen. It also allows to open file attachments and linked notes (if any).
- Taping on the PhatNotes icon now creates a new note, while taping on the title text opens PhatNotes application but does not create a new note.
- New Properties dialog box added to the main menu that allows changing properties of one or more selected notes. The properties include authoring date, password, priority, color, and category.
- Select All command added to in the notes list view
- Several dialog boxes have been re-designed to fit square screen devices.
PhatNotes Professional Edition only
- Every time you modify or create a note new data is added to the PhatNotes database. When you delete notes on the desktop, the data is not removed from the database; only a reference to this data is removed. Therefore, the PhatNotes database file can only grow in time and can become quite large. The new PhatNotes Database Utility program can be used to compress the PhatNotes database by removing the unused data (the File/Database/Compress menu command). This will save some disk space as well as improve PhatNotes performance.
- PhatNotes Professional Edition only: when you create PhatNotes password-protected backups on the desktop PC, the new 256-bit encryption algorithm is used to encrypt all data.
- 256-bit encryption is used for all passwords that are stored in the registry.
私はフォーマットリセットしてから、まだPhatNotesを入れてないのです。。挙動の様子見中ということで。でも、Todayアドオンが相当強化されているようですし、う〜んやっぱり入れるか・・。

- gsGetFile.dll がある場合は利用するようにしました。
- ブックマーク一覧の HTML ファイルへの出力で、サブフォルダの表示とフォルダ間の移動をリンクで行えるようにしました。

- POT ファイルの作成の際のインターネットアクセスでエラーが出ても終了しないようになりました。
- gsGetFile.dll に対応し、ファイル選択ダイアログが必要に応じて gsGetFile.dll のものになります。
- ddddmmss.s 形式の座標を出力するときに先頭に 0 が付いてしまう不具合を修正。
- コンソール／基地局マップの表示切替が次回起動時に復元されるようにしました。
その他細かい修正。
